OK...I have a gallery that viewable by members only. Initially I had set gallery permissions where they could not upload photos...but somehow some got loaded and not only do I not know how...but I don't know where they went. I can see them in the MOST RECENT line, but when I click on one of the thumbnails the full sized picture comes us (good right)...and it says it is in the MEMBERS Gallery. However when I click on the MEMBERS Gallery it shows ONLY MY Category.

Anyone else have this?

http://razorbiker.com/website/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=6346

There are a total of 5 pictures effected...it is like they posted them without have a gallery to post them into.

Since this time, I have given permission for members to have galleries...but I cannot find the gallery or album these are located in...

NOTE:  the member that had 4 of the 5 images has since reuploaded his pics into his gallery...so now there are duplicates of those.

Thanks.

I see what happens if they found the page with the add picture and it allows them to add pictures to the root members gallery. I made a fix for this for the next gallery beta.

Here is the SQL queries to fix the affected people
Code:

UPDATE smf_gallery_pic SET ID_USER_CAT = 19, ID_CAT = 0 WHERE ID_CAT = 1 AND ID_MEMBER = 46;

UPDATE smf_gallery_pic SET ID_USER_CAT = 19, ID_CAT = 0 WHERE ID_CAT = 1 AND ID_MEMBER = 14;

Thanks...I don't know where that goes...no harm right now (at least I don't think so...  Huh), so I will wait for the next beta.

I have some cosmetic stuff too...would you be interested in hearing the suggestions or just wait till after the next beta?

Thanks for your help...I feel better I am not crazy (at least from this).  Grin

OK...I am thinking I will have to go ahead and do this SQL query thing...how do I get to a SQL prompt. I tried to figure it out in MyPHPadmin...did not work.

Is there a program I need to run the query...something besides myphpadmin? Can you give a VERY BRIEF tutorial on just submitting a query?

I just had another member do the same thing...

Thanks,

Wally
