That code should only be used on the file that you uploaded to post for that template and not the default theme.

I have beating my head on the wall for a couple days now Sad I slowing figured out how to get the button showing in Dark Rain (should have come here FIRST! Smiley )

I finally got all my paths and permissions set but now I'm getting this when I click the button:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function DoToolBarStrip() in /home/content/a/g/r/*********/html/smf/Sources/Load.php(1735) : eval()'d code on line 47

Any chance you could tell me where I fat-fingered or missed something?

Hello SMFHacks Admin,
I'm using the EOTS_DZINE_RC2_World_of_Warcraft custom theme in SMF RC2.0 and would l like to add the button for users to upload photos.  Thank you for your time.

* index.template.php (15.51 KB - downloaded 124 times.)
* ThemeStrings.english.php (0.78 KB - downloaded 133 times.)

For SMF 2.0 you do not have to do anything automatically adds the menu button.

If it is not appearing try the following Forum -> Maintenance -> Clear Cache

Still not working copy themes/default/languages/modifications.english.php to themes/yourtheme/languages/modifications.english.php
And then clear the cache again

I guess I'm confused, I expected a button for the gallery like the ones on the post menu.  I cleared the forums cache as suggested and uploaded jpg of what my post menu looks like.   I'm not seeing how users could upload a photo.

There won't be anything on a post forum.
Instead it will be on the main menu near like Home Forum Help etc.

Oh ok! Lightbulb went off, thanks!  I see it now in the toolbar at the top of the forums.  Is there any way to have it resize photos after they get uploaded or that has to be done prior by the poster?  Disregard, I see its a feature of the Pro edition.

For SMF 1.1.x you have to modify the index.template.php of the theme to add a link/button to the gallery

Thanks for your swift reply. Smiley  I really do not know what lines to edit in the Adagio index.template.php or what to put in it's place. I know how to edit it but as I said not what to change.  I know this must be like poking your own eyes out with a sharp stick but me and my members really need your help. Cry
Thanks.
