I only use the user's gallery and decided not to use the main gallery.

I'd like to delete the first gallery title and description (there's nothing to publish).
How could i do ?

That would be in the Gallery.template.php

In the next beta the user galleries link on that page is moved under the main galleries and you can move it up and down like a regular category.
