Is it possible to add a feature which allows the Gallery admin to set a limit on the number of pictures users may post within a 24 hour period?

I have some users posting sometimes 10 pictures a day which is way too many.

I have now set a policy on my forum that I will manically delete any picture posts over 2 per day, but if this could be made an automated feature it would be great so that I don't have to manually police it.
