403 Forbidden

I installed the gallery in to SMF and the link that the installation gave me to go to the gallery is http://kcaspect.org/forum/gallery/. When you go here... it doesn't work. Any ideas?

That is not how the gallery is accessed.
To access the gallery visit
http://kcaspect.org/forum/index.php?action=gallery
If you are using a custom theme you will need to add a gallery link/button
