I am useing the default theme, and YES I forgot to uninstall the frirst pro. thought it would upgrade.  now I have 2 gallery buttons,  when I go into uninstall the frist Pro I bought it says it can not uninstall.

so can someone tell me what I need to go in and edit in the default theme to remove one of them with out screwing up everything?  just deleting the button would be ok with me. (and the files from the first staying)

Thx for the help in advance.

You have to edit the file manually and remove the button. Maybe somebody else who uses the default thread can give you step by step instructions. I use a custom thread and I had to my button manually period. I also no longer have that theme installed so I can't really go look at it either. lol
