Haven't tried anything yet with it. I really don't trust PayPal to much with fraud prevention.

well i got nailed again today for 150 this time where they did a reversal after purchase and download.

1st let me say sorry to hear that! secondly I want to commend you on an awesome site you have over there at TPM, it's safe to say with so many things out there and the things you guys offer has me addicted! lol

The only thing I can think of is if you have your Terms of Service (TOS) written in STONE, I have stayed away from paypal due to their "FINE PRINT" if you will but just this past evening signed up for an account to accept donations on my forum and I almost made the mistake of integrating it with my "traditional" merchant account but after reading this I'm glad I didn't.... I know this doesn't ease your pain and I'd like to get more insight as to your experience with paypal. On another note if you need some good starter ideas to write-up a prior to purchase agreement then just let me know and I can send you one that I worked on for weeks, the stronger that policy the harder it is for an end user to give you a charge back especially since you guys are dealing in "soft goods" so to speak. You can hit me up here or on your site, same user name. Take care and Aloha!

sure bro but I'd like to take a look but like any other rules they will always find a way to break them, the problem results from selling "virtual" products and as a result these products are not covered by seller's protection policy. As PayPal puts it there is no valid proof that the customer did download the product unlike snail mail shipping where there is an actual concrete item being shipped.
