Import file to store path

Im trying to import a .exe software product to my online store.

When I m upload the product from local pc (Picture under)


Then the error will be "File title required", even if I have(of course)

When I try with Xtern import (Picture under)




I got the An Error Has Occurred!
The file you are trying to import does not exist at the location entered. 

Even if it does.

Anybody seen this before, that can give me a hint??

The external path needs to be a path on your website host

Examples:
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\yourfile.exe  for windows server
/home/username/public_html/yourfile.exe  for linux serves
