Code:
index.php?action=downloads;sa=downfile;id=82

(In tuning it is certainly included more 1gb ... and in php.ini also)
Code:
post_max_size = 10000M
file_uploads = On
; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 1000M

I normally don't recommend that large of files being uploaded using a form.

But you can check your webserver timeout settings if you are using apache or iis they have a timeout limit.

for us large files archives  works only on http!
if ftp, problem to close references from boats

Code:
Timeout 1000000000000
KeepAlive on
MaxKeepAliveRequests 10000000000000
KeepAliveTimeout 10000000000000000

Code:
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
; Resource Limits ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

max_execution_time = 30000     ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
max_input_time = 60000  ; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data
;max_input_nesting_level = 64 ; Maximum input variable nesting level
memory_limit = 128M      ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (128MB)

did nothing change
where to include on a web server ?
the file  of 700Mb was torn off no more than 10 minutes

possible it is here impossible to begin to the swing large files?
