Smiles would generally be considered a question that you should ask on the SMF forums because they are a part of your SMF install.

As for the support being slow here for you, most forums expect you to wait at least 24 hours before bumping your topic and its been less than 4 hours.

sorry wasnt sure which forum to use as i wasnt sure what the forums were about..
Theres sfm store and sfm advertised.. which one would it go under?
