While browsing through the site, I have have failed to find a contact page to SMFHacks team.

Through this site....in the forums....or a PM. Although I think Mr. Hacks prefers to be contacted with problems through a post rather than a PM (unless it is sensitive or confidential information). Post your question...he'll answer.

It is a confidential project, so a PM is more appropriate. I wanted to inquire about a consulting rate for a custom project.

Hi!
I am currently working on a customized user-to-user video card trading web site that allows people to trade their video cards. The web application is based around SMF. I am working with a group of developers but they seem may need assistance integrating some of my requests into the project. Would you be available to consult with me and them in regards to adding some of the functionalities to the site?. It will be really easy for you. I also do have more detailed documentation available that specifies what I am looking for.
