[Solved]Group change, 2 problems unsolved

Hi,
Sorry for my english, but I have two BIG problems with the group change that i can't fix.

First, if a member buy an item in the store to change his group to another one, the payment is ok, the buyer return on the website after payment with a thx page, but no group change is made, and the transaction don't appear in member and admin side.

Second, if we made the same thing with a free item, group change works, but don't expire.

This problems have oblige me to close my website in waiting, so, i hope that you can help me and find/fix this 2 problems for me. :/

The first one sounds like there is an issue with your ipn file check if you able to access
http://www.yourforum.com/storeipn.php
If not change the permissions on the file to 755


For #2, how many days is set to expire? And where there any errors that you can remember when the mod installed?
The system checks once a day for any members that have expired inside the main index.php of the forum.

For the first problem, IPN on paypal is configured "on" with the url http://myforum.com/storeipn.php and the file on my server is 755.

For #2, like it is for testing, i have just put one day to expire, did you think the problem is due to this value ? If not, is it possible that the problem is due to the french date who is appear in another way that english date ? (english : mm/dd/yyyy, french : dd/mm/yyyy)
EDIT : Like you told me that the system checks once a day, i will wait 2 days to be sure that members don't expire (or expire) because, at this instant, i checked the expire exactly 24h after the subscribtion.

For a better/quick result, specially for the first problem, don't hesitate to use the ftp access that i have sent you by pm, because we have 12 hours of delay  between your country and mine.

The main issue is your website is password protected. PayPal would not be able to connect to your site to Post the transaction information and if the transaction can't be posted it won't appear in the logs or change the users membergroup.

Ok, unfortunatly, i must  keep a restricted area at this instant. :/

So, if i unlock the password who protect my /public_html/ and that i make my forum in maintenance mode
Do you think PayPal would  be able to connect to my site to Post the transaction information or not ?

For the #2, do you you think the protected area is a probleme too, to change group who expire or not ?

I have installed a new forum for testing without pass protected, and no change for the 2 problems.

I send you a pm with test forum url, your log/pass as admin on the forum, and your log/pass for your ftp account to the root of the test forum.

I can't reopen my (real) website without solve this problem, so, please, thanks to help me faster to solve it.
