Added the public modifications to subversion and have also added a web subversion section which can be found at http://www.smfhacks.com/websvn/

You can use this system to find the latest changes and updates to the modifications and to see what exactly what changes were made to the files.

The subversion address for the modifications is
svn://smfhacks.com/smfmods/

For Windows I use TortoiseSvn  found at http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/ to checkout files from Subversion.
