i want to ask if this feature +Added option to resize images if they are larger than the max allowed  allows image to open full size in a window upon click on it.

No it does not just resizes the image.

when someone downloads the image its in full size i guess  Huh  i mean, its only resized in viewing it....  Huh

The max allolwed image height and width control how big a photo can be uploaded. Basicly you are saying that no matter how big the size of the photo it should still be allowed to be uploaded and then they click on the picture for the fullsize.
The image is resized for the picture view.

Sorry if i am confusing you  Embarrassed 
this is important to me, i want the size of the viewed picture be lets say 800x600 max, so my layout is ok, also to be able to upload 1024x768 pictures that will resized to 800x600 for viewing but member be able to download it at original size (1024x768).
Can this be achieved in latest pro version ?
