Está en UTF8. No está todo traducido, pero casi. Si lo abres con un editor de texto y lo terminas de traducir lo posteas por aquí para pillártelo. No te olvides que en UTF8 las tildes van de otra manera:

Á=Á
á=á
É=É
é=é
Í=Í
í=í
etc. con el punto final incluido
Este archivo lo tienes que colocar dentro de /Themes/default/languages/

si no estás usando UTF8 entonces cambiale el nombre al archivo por Gallery.spanish_es.php

Edito: He traducido casi todo, me ha dado el punto. A lo mejor queda algún string, pero ya estoy cansado... jejeje
