Using latest gallery, TP0.9.6 and smf rc3

Entering my site just now, I saw blocks had moved. Tracking member IPs, I found this for our newest member:

38.119.128.210        Guest       8: Use of undefined constant Gallery - assumed 'Gallery'

That is not a hack just an undefined variable needs to be defined. check on display.template.php on line 459 if it is not found there. Check that it is properly defined in index.template.php
