hi i run a phototography forum and i am looking to add a gallery with say this month competition entrys in and the make it so people can vote on the winner and so i can see who voted

i would like it that people upload there anonymous then we vote on a winner




i have seen this on VB gallerys just a thought

what I thought would be nice is if you have a formal competition,,  they enroll by adding the path to their entry image,,  then  hitting a submit button  and in doing that gives each member a thread under a single category on the board set up for that competition...

so they now have a thread just for their entry that others can now comment and discuss

selecting the entry image in the thread will take them to SMF GALLERY Pro so members can see other images besides the entry,,,or be taken to the profile for additional info and comments.

With customizing the code, it's rather easy. It takes some database work and adding some time functions to each gallery. But anything is possible if you put your mind to it. And maybe some beer.

yes yes yes,, keep to the code !  arrrgghhh !!.....yes,, if I set my mind to it yes.. anything may be possible.... but I have to many fish in the pan now....

just thought Id toss in my 2 bits      

I wonder how much beer someone with good SMF code skills would want to do something like this?
