Why doesn't this show up in my permissions list for regular members?

My members do not have the [My Gallery] link beside their [My Images]

Package Parser is down for updates, how can I manually install the permissions for Gallery pro?

Attach your Sources/ManagePermissions.php and I can fix it.
Occurs if you had SMF Gallery Lite installed without uninstalling it

Also upgrade to customer group at

Nothing happens with the new file. Something strange, isn´t it?

If u want ill give u the details, by PM, to have admin permissions to check it. I really dont know where the problem is. And is essencial for me this option since the forum is for a photographers club.

Thanks mate.

Edit: I see the [My Gallery] link just when I login as admin. Is probably something related with the permissions? I think I setup correctly, but now, I'm nt sure if the problem is with my setup or because a bad update.

Want to make sure you posted the Sources/ManagePermissions.php from your forum itself on your website.

I added the permissions to that file since they were completely missing did not have the lite edition settings.

Do you see any blank permissions when you look at the permissions page for the Gallery?

Hi

I alerady replaced the one i had with the one you attached. And the problem still is there.  The permissions page seems alright, nothing strange and no-blanks spaces.

I think im going to unistall it and reinstall again.

I let u know how is going...

Cheers mate!!

Edit:

Its amazing, when i uninstall it the gallery is still there !! And, when reinstall the script, nothing happens, i mean, same problem. The [MyGallery] link only can be used by the the admin. Actually, nobody else can see that link, therefore nobody can manage a personal gallery since they cannot add categories.

I dont know what to do...

I wasn't aware of this, but I just verified I have the same problem. Shows up for Admin but not for other users. The User Gallery category doesn't show up anywhere in configuration (i.e. Category Permissions List) so I have no idea how to add it.

EDIT:
Is this all we have to change in managepermissions:

'smfgallery_usergallery' => false,

Your issue is little differnet since your's is not showing on the main category list.
You will need to enable it under Gallery Configuration -> Settings -> Layout -> Show user gallery category on gallery index
This applies if you are using 1.1.4

I will need an SMF admin account on the forum and Ftp account to take a look.

Hi SMFHacks,

Having the same problem here . . . no option for personal galleries for members! Running SMF 1.1.6 and Gallery 1.4.3. Could you please modify our ManagePermissions.php file?

Thanks!
