I have looked all over, and can't see anything, so it must be plainly obvious.

Except it ain't, so I must be thick.

I have the latest SMF Links installed on SMF 1.1.5, using Babylon. The only customization is that I dropped a different logo image in the directory. That's it.

Any ideas? Is there an "M" that I can RTFM? I can't find any user docs anywhere.

Yes by default most mods only install on the default theme.

For custom themes they require a change to the index.template.php to add a link/button to the links directory.
