Can we have a mod which deny editing a post of user after a moderator had edited it for smf 1.0.7?

Theres actually a MOD in the SMF 3rd party mod list.  Its called "No Changing Moderator's Edit".  Not sure if it is compatible with 1.0.7.

They have it for 1.1 RC1 but not RC2, which is what I would need.
