Problem installing mods

Hi, having a problem installing ALL the mods on my system, im runnign 1.09 and cant get anything to install, i've messed with chmod and given up,have to ask for help, here is what i get when installing the Trade rating mod, simular problem for all of them...

the ones without Sucess are the problems i guess... mainly the "extract" commands.
