The header I created also appears in the help popup windows when the "?" icons are clicked. I just wanted the header to appear in all the main pages... not the help windows, or any other popup windows. Any solutions for this?

They're not kidding when they say it's GLOBAL header and footer.

It will add it to every page you maybe able to stop from doing certain actions just check out the code of the mod it blocks .xml if it is present the url.

So you could use it to block actions.
