Not a serious problem but the list of people sent to sometimes shows a person has clicked on a link but not
viewed the message. Also the numbers of views and clicks doesn't seem to add up to the actual number of
people that have shown to have viewed and clicked in the list. Can one viewer be counted twice if they click twice?
        Thanks

We use a tracking pixel image in order to track views. Their email client needs to allow images in order for us to track views. Clicks on the otherhand can be tracked whether they have images enabled or not since we have the tracking system built into each link that is sent.

Each time a person opens the message and has images enabled in their email it it counted as a view.

The same goes for links each time a person clicks on a link inside the message that is counted as a click.
