I have the gallery pro version prior to this last release --- in fact I have several. They have expired in support but the question I have is....

they were for a site I am no longer with, I took my toys and left but allowed them to keep the galleries. I noticed they have replaced one of mine with the latest version 2.0 and was wondering...

now that they do not use it and it is expired may I use it in my new site? I did not wish to do so if not allowed to.

If they have the latest version that implies they have a customer license up to date in order to get the latest version. They might have bought their own license.

You can then most likely just use it on your site as long as that domain is listed under licenses in your license account here.

nope the site listed in here is the former site that I left...not the one in my signature which is my new one...one of them. I have the lite version installed in one of my forums and wanted to install one of the ones we purchased, since the former site did get themselves the newest version freeing mine up again.

But that is alright if I can not use it in the new site, like I said I wanted to make sure first before doing it.
