Author Topic: Video Add-On; im confused  (Read 4010 times)

I just purchased the video add-on for gallery pro 1.3.23

It uploaded just fine but i dont see the settings anywhere.   Did i miss something?

If the videoaddon is installed it should add a new tab under settings called video settings

Nope.  Is not there even on looking on the default theme.  I also verified everything with the parser.

I have no errors and it uploaded well.

The only thing i saw was the ability to add videos in "permissions".  Thats it.

i dont have access to hidden boards as for some reason i dont have a customer tag.  I think my tag got lost when i purchased 1.1.23 a month ago.   

I never got any licenses as i had an old email addy that i no longer use.   I just updated my email addy.

Do you have the transaction id or paypal email address used?

Once you have the codes to upgrade to the customer groups you go to

The problem is,the license key was sent to an old email which i have no access anymore.
