user editing features

is it possible to incorporate easy editing for users? like crop and resize that affects the actual file and not just a gallery viewable size? (i hope that makes sence Embarrassed

)

along with cropping too.

i know you can set an overall size but thats only for displaying in the gallery and the board its self. but when you post on other boards, the image goes to full size.
