JSMF MediaWiki Integration

This is a Package Manager version of Snakehite's MediaWiki Extension: SMF_Auth.

I am having CHMOD problems and my Site won't connect to my FTP unfortunately (using ByetHost at 0lx.net and MyOwnFreeHost.com).

However, if there are any problems, just tell me, or comment here.
