I could not find anything on this in a search but is it possible for pro to do the resizing of the images. I am finding this to be the biggest issue of my forum as the members do not know how to resize and just keep getting there images rejected  Huh

Under Admin -> Gallery Configuration -> Settings
"Resize Images if too large"  make sure that is checked
