Need help with downloading

I need to know how to download these mods. I am new to this site and I think I download them but after it gives me a "code", I don't know what to do with that code. Do I have to edit it any? Where do I put the code? etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Download the zip files from the site then upload them and install in SMF using the Package manager located in the admin section of SMF.
