Just wondering if it's possible to use a script to display random gallery pictures on a website? Run SMF Pro on my forum but would also like to display either random pics or the last 6 pictures on the website to help generate interest in the forum.

I also display latest and random within the forum.

Yes it is possible if you use the SSI functions found in the downloads/addons forum of SMF Gallery

Thanks, didn't realise it was the same script used in a TP block etc.

Currently I don't allow guests to see pictures in the gallery, but I'm wondering if I add a specific permission for guests on a specific gallery name and then use the SSI to call that gallery name if it will work?

That should work. I do not believe the SSI functions check for permissions.
