Installed Store 1.3.3 to SMF 1.1.9  site.  When I go to PRODUCT LIST the following is displayed:

You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'SELECT SUM(quantity) FROM smf_store_cart as t WHERE t.ID_ITEM =
File: /home/content/d/i/v/xxxxxxxxxxxl/forum/Sources/Load.php(1730) : eval()'d code
Line: 3043

Can anyone provide some direction for correcting this issue.  Thanks.

MySQL 4.0 is really old at this point. Can you try asking your host to upgrade it? Mysql ended support for it in 2006 and does not support most of the new features of MySQL

Hopefully that's the issue.  When we created the DB only 4.0 was available, now we have a choice up to 5.0.  Would it be worth creating a new database and importing the data from the old 4.0 version?  Maybe this is the wrong approach?

Thanks for the reply.

I would suggest doing that. Creating a new database in 5.0 and import the 4.0 data. That would fix the product list error that you are getting and probably will make your site/forum perform better since MySQL 5.0 offers better performance.
