1. I am not a programmer and am new to SMF and the gallery. I do not know PHP.

2. I installed this gallery on my SMF. I have SMF 1.1.10 with the default, basic theme.

Now the issue:

1. I cannot see the permissions in my permissions tab. There are checkboxes but no words preceding them. How am I to know which permissions to check?

2. I checked all the boxes in the permissions, but still when logged into my "user" account, instead of my "admin" account, I can't see the gallery. I click my gallery link and all I see is : "An Error Has Occurred!" and the rest is blank page.

3. When in my admin account, there is no link to administer my gallery. I have to go to my custom gallery tab and edit from there.

4. I had to use a mod to create a tabbed button for my gallery, as the gallery button is blank and no words show up on it. Again I am on the basic default theme, why do I not have a button?

Please help. I am trying to get a gallery on my site for my people to upload images to.

All you need to do is setup the correct language for the site and your profile.

Under Admin -> Server Settings -> make sure the language is set to english that should fix all the issues above.
