I am tottaly lost!!! I don't know where to add new mods. I have downloaded a quick reply box thingy and I don't know where to add it??

Upload them to your packages folder.
Then goto your admin then packages and you can install them from there.

http://www.simplemachines.org has the full version but you will need your own web hosting.
