I like the way the download mod is put together, was wondering if you gave any thought to calendar improvements namely an rsvp/event feedback mod for the calendar (like meetup.com, etc.).

There are many people who run events that are looking for something as simple as yes/maybe/no I can make an event, a way to get a roster of attendees (web or csv), to notify attendees of changes and to get feedback from the events in text or a poll (may be useful in a newsletter, etc.).

With the calendar integration in SMF it's ahead of other forums, you have no idea how hard it is to find something as simple as this in any forum/CMS package.
