Error deleting list

There are 2 errors when I try to delete a list:

The first error would occur if the list failed to create the database table entry for the list.

Thanks a lot for the update. I still get an error which probably means that I did something wrong? When I try to delete a list I see this error on the screen:

When I click on the list I see the next message:

List no longer exists

I cleaned up the reports and messages before deleting the list. Maybe that wasn't the best thing to do?

Looks like I just forgot to put an extra space in one of the tests will get that fixed
