After the send error from previous message I put all the e-mail addresses by hand (see attachment) and send the newsletter. But now the internal links doesn't work anymore 

There's missing something. this is one of the links:

You see the ID_EMAIL which is not correct. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong. When I send the newsletter the 'normal way' the links are correct.

And some errors in the log:

This error appears when I want to go to page 2 or 3 at Messages (see 2 attachments). There appears an sort of edit box instead of the other messages.

Fixed manually entry of email addresses for SMF 2.0 on the advanced sending option of SMF's newsletter for 2.0.1
