This is similar to this topic I think

http://www.smfhacks.com/index.php/topic,3845.msg18038.html#msg18038

but since the topic is old and refers to an earlier version I started a new thread.

I'm using SMF Gallery Pro 2.5.3 with the following gallery settings(attached screen shot as well)

Max allowed image height:    768
Max allowed image width:     1024
.
.
Max medium image width:   640
Max medium image height:   480
Max display image width:   640
Max display image height:   480
Max category image width:   120
Max category image height:   120
Picture Fullsize Display:            Lighbox
x    Display who is viewing a picture
x    Resize Images if too large

When the image is displayed in its own page the medium image is shown but scaled to the "Max Allowed.." values. If I use Highslide the medium image is scaled to the "Max display image .." values even if the medium size image is smaller than these values. Should a an image be be scaled up?

I can use Highslide but would prefer to be able to use Lightbox.

A couple of other things in the settings page the "Picture Fullsize Display: " option has "Lightbox" spelt as "Lighbox".

When an image is deleted the medium size image isnt deleted from the Gallery directory.

Thanks

Fixed the deletion of the medium image and spelling of lightbox for 2.5.4 release.

Image should probably not be scaled will need to think about that one. Or if the medium sized image should never have any scaling on the display page.

Thanks

I've turned off medium image creation now and set the max image height and width small enough to display the whole image in the space available at what I think is the smallest screen resolution our members use. What I'd really like is for the image to scale to fill the available space Wink.

The point thing that confused me was that using Lightbox the image scale to the Max allowed image size NOT the Max display size(like Highslide).
