Couple of minor things I noticed when adding several hundred pictures using the Admin batch add option
1. The "Delete files in ftp folder on successful import" option didnt delete the files for me. no biggyy but I hadnt written down which files had failed to import expecting to just be able to browse the ftp folder for them.
2. Once you get beyond having a few categories it becomes difficult to find the category you want import picture into. The dropdown list hasnt got any obvious structure to it(see attachment 1). A structure like that used in the Gallery Configuration> Manage Categories would be great.
3. The User Gallery category selection dropdown is clear but seems to go a bit odd once sub categories are added to usub categories. In attachment 2 "dc3" is a sub category of the category Doug Cat 1. It would be easier to relate to the structure if the two were next to each other rather than separated.
4. It would be really cool if the Batch add process could create sub categories based on the names and structure of folders in the ftp source directory. I just added 20 sub categories "by hand" before before importing into each separately.
5. If the above was possible then a further ease of use improvement would be to set the category icon to be the thumbnail of the first picture in the category. This would be great for the gallery moderators who will be importing files for other users(wo can then go and change the details if they want).
