I am using SMF 1.1.10
I uploaded and Installed SMFGallery 2.0.8

Install looked like it was flawless.
smf said the mod was there and up to date.
I clicked on Gallery button.
gallery opened and had an error message in red font saying that my /gallery file was not writable.....i opened up my cpanel and there was no /gallery file there. I created one and made it writable.

Gallery seems to work fine........ except....... there is image missing! Why is it missing? What is the image name and where should it be? see photo below.....

I got it.......I had to put the gallery.gif in the /gallery file and tell SMF Gallery where it was.
