[Request] Log Coming and Going

I would like to see a mod that records a log of the sites that user has come through to reach mine (probably something that uses http referrer) and also I would like it to record which sites they go to from my site.

You can probably check for reffers not sure how you would do where they go to unless you convert all external links on your site to your own system to keep track.
