Is it possible to do this?  I only see the ability to charge shipping based on flat rate versus distance.  Really not fair to someone local to pay the same as someone 500 miles away..Also unless I missed it is there a option to say USPS or UPS is only available shipping option?

Also maybe a disclaimer option where you can customize a disclaimer on a product?
