More than likely another mod has modified the same piece code and this mod rying to update the same section.

It is safe to ignore you can proceed with the install. Then attach your Sources/ManagePermissions.php for us to update with the added permission.

Ok, uploaded the new Manage Permissions.php, but I do not see any ads any where? I have setup everything in the admin section, but nothing. Do I need to add Location Code if I'm using a custom theme (Orangeline). I don't see why I would need to do so with a "After First Post" ad.

THank you

Check the Quick Setup guide
http://www.smfhacks.com/index.php/topic,4270.0.html

A custom theme may require a couple edits depending if your theme has it's own Display.template.php then it would require an edit to that file as well

My Theme does not have a Display.template.php in it. I'm going to attach my default "Display.template.php". Can you look at it and see if the right edits are in it.
I have looked at the Quick Setup guide, that waws the first thing I did.

That file looks fine. Do you have that location marked as enabled under manage locations? Check that first. Next check to make sure all the membergroups that you want to see ads are checked as well.

After that check your Ad that you created and make sure that you have that location selected.

Do you have a Manual Install Instructions for this? So I can go through each step to make sure the right files were updated?

You can take the zip file and upload it to a package parser such as
http://resourcez.biz/PackageParser/

And it will give you all the manual install steps.
