TP adds another sentence to the comment so this mod splits it in half and it gives an error because of the ' that is in "can't".
- This allows people to signup without accepting the Registration agreement.
So a simple checkbox with a link pointing to the agreement would do fine.
- it would be nice if it is centered (cuz the textboxes are a little bit off)
