i do not know if i can expalin in english what i want, but i will try...

i'd like to know if exixst something that can create, autatically, a threa in the forum from a photo posted in the gallery (i have the pro version, just installed)...

This is a category level option. Edit a category and near the bottom there is an option to have the gallery post on upload to a forum of your choice.

how do i put, with the automatic topic creation, a thumbnail of the image instead the full size image on the topic created?

Not possible yet but would make a good feature request for next version.

Not currently I believe it is either just the thumbnail or the fullsized image.

Giorgio, now i use Highslide Viewer Mod  for the thumb in the automatic post
