Where can I edit this to include more information? Its the screen that you go to when you click the "advertise Here" link.

That page contains a list of products. You click the product title to get more detail/description of the product.

I want to change this is the template to like "Purchace Ad Space below"  or something else,, can you tell me where it is?

If you just want to edit the text. You would edit themes/default/languages/AdSeller.english.php

Where can I change it in another template I use? My edited text shows in the default template but not in the one I use.

That text if you change it in that file should affect all the templates.
Unless that adseller.english.php was copied to other themes languages folder but it should not be there.

If your using SMF 2.0 clear the cache under Admin -> Forum Maintenance
