Quantity not displaying properly

I have two questions, really.  One may be fixed by the other.

Firstly, I get a notification that I need to upgrade to 1.3.7 (currently using 1.3.6a) but I cannot figure out where/how to upgrade.

Secondly, this issue may be fixed if I upgrade to 1.3.7, but when I set an item to have quantity, then I go to test the store and purchase 3 of that item at $1 each, the transaction log only shows "quantity 1" but shows that I was charged $3.  Any help as to why?

I assume it should show quantity 3, so that when I go to complete the order and pull the stock (shirts, patches, etc) I know how many to grab.

For the second issue. Is the qty not showing under Admin -> Store -> Transaction Log? If not what SMF version?

SMF 1.1.11

The quantity is showing, but it is not showing the correct amount.

I have an item set at $1 each.  "Has quantity", yes.  I go to purchase, select 2 as the quantity, it updates the price as $2.  I purchase, complete through paypal, then go to the transaction log to view the basket order and I only see it listed as "quantity 1" but the total price paid is $2.

Fixed that issue that occurred when you have the shopping cart disabled and buying single qty items only.
