Hello everyone, i have installed the download system (not pro) to my SMF 2.0 RC3 .
I have had a problem on uploading a file, with /public_html/Sources/Downloads2.php
because i had Smf shop before and uninstalled it.
 I solved it by comented some lines and it works fine,
 until i wanted to test the user's permissions.
So, when i give some permissions to users it doesnt work.
For example if i have uploaded a file of 33000 bytes
and set Max download filesize: 33000 and Downloads per page: 1
the user should download the file only once.......
......but it doesnt work...and user download it as many as he likes....
Am i doing something wrong with the permissions?
Is there any extra support about this Download system, please....

That setting controls how large a file can be uploaded into the download system not how many times a file can be downloaded by a user.

but i made some kind of settings like these:

Max download filesize: 33000 (bytes)
Downloads per page: 1

and no permission worked when i logged in as a user.....
why???
Is there any other settings ..?
And where can i find them?

There is no setting to control that.
Downloads per page is just layout setting to control how many are shown in a category

Sorry, but can you be a litlle bit more specific...what do you mean by layout setting.....
Please is there any support about this Mod ...or should i buy the Download System Pro ?

Ok let me explain you....
Does anynone knows if i can do this with Download System or with Download System Pro ?

A button placed somewhere in the forum.
This button will download to the user’s computer an image.
Each user will be able to use it (click it and download the image) only one time!
When the image is replaced by the admin, will give users the option to download the new image, only one time (per user) … and etc. etc.

Is there any way to answer my question?
