I'm baackkk Wink

I'm having some users attempting a photo upload and they keep getting an error 500. I'm not having this problem but they are.

I have checked the error log on the forum but nothing is logging in regards to this problem.

What can I supply you with to help figure this out?

I would try asking them to send by email or something a copy of one the photos they are trying to upload. I think it may be bigger than the allowed limits.

Then try uploading the file yourself.

I did check the files they are trying to upload and they were .jpeg. As for each size I recall the actual size.

I have the gallery resizing the photos automatically.

Question then... If the user has the option of bulk upload turned on by the admin (myself)... and the max file size is 8mb is the file setting. Does that mean ALL of the photos have be a total of 8mb or less?

Still having this problem... doesn't matter if the photo is resized before the software resizer gets to it. Still get the error 500 on IE (all versions) Fire fox shows ***** Firefox can't find the file at http://iclickoffroad.com/webwheeling/index.php?action=admin;area=maintain;sa=database;activity=backup.

When uninstalling SMF's mods they have to uninstall in the order of last installed otherwise you will get parse errors. I wouldn't try to uninstall if you are just missing the link on a theme.

Uninstall it. Check under installed packages and make sure SMF Gallery is not listed at all.
