despite numerous purchases, transactions are not being recorded in the admin panel and download links are not being provided to the users who purchase. frankly i'm at the end of my rope and regretting the decision to use smf store.

i'll provide admin access to the forum and access to the forum files if your willing to have a look. if it requires we pay you, then so be it. but this needs to be fixed once and for all.

let me know please.

there is nothing new in that file and frankly, i'm not interested in playing 20 questions with you. if your going to have a look then fine, if not, the people who paid you for this will have to move on.

sorry for my brusqueness, but this is getting old.

if your willing to look, pm me and i'll supply the needed info for access.

$30 an hour and I will look at it more. Will need smf admin and ftp access.
The logs I checked for debugging don't seem active

I saw a completed transaction from March 24, 2010 that looks normal.

any and all probs i have ran into were very small for as well laid out as this store has been so far with being fully integrated into my website i am very happy so far. You on the other hand sound like a whiny asshole that should move on. maybe it was something you did incorrect or maybe you have something installed on your site that is conflicting with it. I would have definately started out by askign for help and not demanding i have asked for a few new features added and they have very great with handling addin in these new features at no extra cost to me.

Keep up the great work on the store!
