Newsletters Cutting off half way

Since upgrading to smf 2.0 rc3 and Newsletter 2.0.5, my outgoing emails are only sending the top half of my Newsletters (Cutting off half way)

Any errors related in the error log? What happens when it cuts off?
Are they scheduled campaigns or newsletters though newsletter area in SMF

havnt used any campaigns so normal newsletters. No errors
I had a similar issue with TP articles a while ago and i had to change some values in the tp database from text and longtext. Would this be a similar issue?

Did the page just die? longtext is for a lot of data at once. email's are tiny so they are stored in a tinytext column

The newsletter in question is 72031 characters long, emailed letters are displaying 21813

I don't think the length of the message has anything to do with it. Since that is only stored one time.
Did you find any errors in the smf log? Did the page just die? Or did it redirect?

everything worked as it should it seemed on send except only part of the newsletter displayed at receipients end.
This is the first newsletter i have sent out in one month and since upgrading from smf 1.1.11 to 2.0 rc3 and newsletter 1 to 2.0.5
